Jesus' Horite Lineage

Alice C. Linsley

After 35 years of “anthropological sleuthing of pre-Abrahamic origins” I have come to conclusions which are not well understood and rightly questioned. Readers should pursue the truth of this research because it will strengthen you spiritually and intellectually, and equip you for the work of Christian apologetics and evangelism.

That said, I have yet to be proven wrong in my assertions that Abraham's ancestors were rulers who came out of Africa and that they were devotees of a faith that finds fulfillment in Jesus Christ, the Son of God.

The concern most often expressed has to do with Abraham’s Horite caste and the Horite antecedents of Messianic expectation and Christianity. In a recent online conversation with a Messianic Jew I was asked:

Alice:

Why are you so persuaded by the theory that a priest class of devotees to Horus are the predecessors of Israel’s religion? You do know this belief of yours about history is not shared by many other people and has nothing to do with Judaism or Christianity, right? You seem like a great thinker and an articulate person.

Member of Israeli Parliament Destroys Bible

Israeli politicians were sent copies of the Holy Bible in Hebrew by The Bible Society in Israel. Most chose to ignore it, but Michael Ben Ari took a stronger position. He is wrong that the book incites hatred of Jews. That is simply ignorant. Evil men use their distorted interpretations of sacred scriptures to justify their evil deeds and this is not unique to so-called "Christians." Consider how Mohammad Atta used a distortion of the Qur'an to justify the 9/11 terrorist attacks.

That said,  Michael Ben Ari rightly recognizes that the New Testament understanding of Jesus as the fulfillment of Messianic expectation is dangerous to Judaism. It is dangerous because it exposes the division within the Sanhedrin over Jesus and Paul's writings demonstrate that Christianity is the natural heir to the Faith of Abraham.

“This abominable book (the New Testament) galvanized the murder of millions of Jews during the Inquisition and during auto da fe instances,” Ben Ari said adding that “Sending the book to MK’s is a provocation. There is no doubt that this book and all it represents belongs in the garbage can of history.”

The Jerusalem Post also reported that Knesset member Masud Gnaim (a Muslim) commented on the issue:

“I got a copy of the New Testament in the mail, too, but I never thought to rip it up or burn it. As a Muslim, I respect all religions’ holy books.”

The Knesset’s only Christian MK, Hanna Sweid (Hadash), called for legal action against Ben Ari.
